Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: factory-sealed, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging. Crucial Exception: We cannot accept returns on any trading card products (booster packs, boxes, decks, or single cards) once the manufacturer’s seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. Due to the random nature of collectible card games, the value of these items is derived from their sealed state; once opened, they are non-returnable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@thecarddrop.co.uk with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened trading card products (including booster packs, boxes, or blister packs).
  • Single cards removed from their original protective casing.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Products where the factory seal is broken or tampered with.
  • Products that have been damaged or soiled in anyway.

The Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@thecarddrop.co.uk with your order number.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and our returns address.
  3. Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
